Family Promise of the Lowcountry Programs

Homeless Prevention Program

We work with families to address underlying issues, help to create and live within a budget, navigate community resources, and provide rental assistance on a short-term basis to prevent families from becoming homeless.

Shelter Diversion Program

We provide assistance on a short-term basis to prevent families from remaining homeless by looking for solutions to avoid entering the shelter.

Freedom House Shelter Program

Families may stay for up to 90 days while receiving a full range of support services. Once they transition into permanent housing, they can join in our 12-month follow-up program for continued support and success.

Housing Stabilization Program

Our Housing Stabilization Program offers critical stabilization support for families transitioning from Prevention, Diversion, or Shelter programs to permanent housing for up to 12 months.
