A Path to Stability

Our Stay on Track program offers critical stabilization support for families transitioning from shelter to permanent housing.

Homeless Prevention Program

Let Family Promise of Beaufort County help you Get On Track!

Families may stay for up to 90 days while receiving a full range of support services. Once they transition into permanent housing, they remain in our 12-month follow-up program for continued support and success.

Do you and your children:

  • fear eviction?
  • struggle to pay your bills each month?

Or are you employed and:

  • cannot locate affordable housing?

  • need rental assistance on a short-term basis

If you answered “YES” to any of these questions, let us help you to Get On Track!

Too many families face these same concerns. Homelessness is a growing crisis and with the scarcity of affordable housing, we help families either remain in their homes OR assist in locating homes they can afford.

Our Case Managers will work with you to address the underlying issues, help you create and live within a budget, navigate community resources based on your needs, and provide rental assistance on a short-term basis to prevent your family from becoming homeless.

Don’t get derailed, let Family Promise of Beaufort County help you Get On Track!

Call us now before it’s too late!
